Heritage Apartments
Heritage Apartments is designed for moderate income persons with units specifically meeting the requirements of the elderly. They provide freedom for each individual to live a complete and comfortable lifestyle.
Each unit contains approximately 778 square feet of living space, and all have two bedrooms, living room/ kitchen, bathroom, and storage room equipped with a washer and dryer if you desire.
There are three ample closets plus a linen closet. Each apartment is also provided with a 7 1/2' x 14 1/2' storage unit in the basement which is completely closed for privacy.
We have a furnished Community Room with kitchen facilities, including a stove and refrigerator, making it convenient to entertain. This is available to all tenants for family gatherings or social functions.
A beautifully furnished porch is located on the East wing of the building for the tenants' enjoyment.
There is adequate parking for visitors.
A garage equipped with an automatic door opener is available for each apartment if tenant desires.

Heritage Apartments is a 20 unit two-story complex located at 2003 Altoona Avenue in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This site is just one block west of Hastings Way making it close to restaurants, the Eastridge Center, and Mega Foods. There are three churches within two blocks, and there is a bus service going right by the building.
